Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to shreeswamimilk.online and your purchase of dairy products or subscription plans from Shree Swami Samarth Dudh Dairy Farm (“the Company”, “we”, “us”). By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to place orders or manage subscriptions. Businesses placing bulk orders must be duly registered entities.

2. Services offered

We supply fresh cow milk, buffalo milk, curd, paneer, ghee, and allied dairy products within Latur and nearby regions. Availability may vary based on season, herd output, and regulatory directives.

3. Account and subscription

  • Subscription requests can be submitted via website forms, WhatsApp, or phone.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate address and delivery instructions.
  • Subscription pauses or cancellations require at least 24 hours notice.
  • We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service where safety or payment issues arise.

4. Pricing & payments

  • Prices listed on the website or shared over WhatsApp are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, cash on delivery, or other agreed methods.
  • Invoices are shared weekly or monthly. Late payments beyond 7 days may attract suspension until dues are cleared.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days if orders are cancelled before dispatch.

5. Delivery & risk

Deliveries are scheduled between 4:30 AM and 8:30 AM unless otherwise stated. Once the product is delivered at your doorstep or designated collection point, the risk passes to you. Please refrigerate milk immediately to maintain freshness.

6. Quality assurance

We follow FSSAI standards for procurement, chilling, and transport. If you notice spoilage or tampering, contact us within 2 hours of delivery with supporting photos; we will investigate and offer replacement or credit wherever appropriate.

7. User responsibilities

  • Do not misuse our website (including attempting unauthorized access or distributing malicious code).
  • Respect delivery partners and maintain a safe handover environment.
  • Use products as intended; we are not liable for improper storage or resale without permission.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and product images, is owned by Shree Swami Samarth Dudh Dairy Farm or its licensors. You may not reproduce or reuse it without written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the services.

11. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate service immediately if we detect fraud, abusive behavior, non-payment, or violations of applicable law.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction at Latur, Maharashtra. Disputes should first be resolved amicably via our customer support before escalation.
